FROM MOUNTAIN PARKWAY | Take I-64 WEST exit to US-27/US-68 exit (#113). Turn right onto US-68 WEST. Continue for 4.78 miles. Go straight through intersection past the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The very next right is Bob-O-Link Dr, which turns into the Saint Joseph Office Park. Go straight at stop sign. Turn left into Lexington Clinic Sports Medicine Center’s parking lot and park in garage. Please go to the main reception area immediately on right as you enter building.
FROM BLUEGRASS PARKWAY | Follow ramp towards BLUEGRASS PARKWAY/ BARDSTOWN/LEXINGTON. Take the (I-64 E)/US-60 EAST exit towards LEXINGTON ROAD. Continue on Verailles Road for approximately 5 miles. Bear right to take the KY-4 SOUTH ramp towards NEW CIRCLE ROAD (4). Take Exit 2 (Lexington/ Harrodsburg Road). Turn left onto Harrodsburg Road. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Turn left into the Saint Joseph Office Park onto Bob-O-Link Dr. Go straight at stop sign. Turn left into Lexington Clinic Sports Medicine Center’s parking lot and park in garage. Please go to the main reception area immediately on right as you enter building.
FROM BLUEGRASS AIRPORT | When leaving the airport, turn left on Man On War Boulevard. At traffic light, turn right onto Versailles Road (US 60) and follow into Lexington. At fourth traffic light, turn right onto Mason Headley Road (Cardinal Hill Hospital is on the corner). Follow Mason Headley Road to second traffic light (Saint Joseph Hospital will be in front of you) and turn right onto South Broadway. Take an immediate right on Bob-O-Link Drive. Lexington Clinic Sports Medicine Center is on the left at the end of Bob-O-Link Drive.
FROM I-75 SOUTH | Continue north on I-75 to EXIT 113. Turn right onto US-68 WEST. Continue for 4.78 miles. Go straight through intersection past the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
